MEDICINE USES :
Letrozole is used to treat certain types of breast cancer (such as hormone-receptor-positive breast cancer) in women after menopause. This medication is also used to help prevent the cancer from returning. Some breast cancers are made to grow faster by a natural hormone called estrogen. It decreases the amount of estrogen the body makes and helps to slow or reverse the growth of these breast cancers.

Letrozole may cause drowsiness or dizziness. These effects may be worse if you take it with alcohol or certain medicines. Use this medication with caution. Do not drive or perform other possibly unsafe tasks until you know how you react to it.
Femara may cause dizziness; alcohol, hot weather, exercise, or fever may increase this effect. To prevent dizziness, sit up or stand slowly, especially in the morning. Sit or lie dow
